Morale Associates – an international association of businesses and individuals who strive to improve everyone’s morale by helping businesses hire, place, train and retain the best people.

So what is "Morale" and why should we care about it?

As you can see from the few quotes above, the definition is not easy to pin down and how to deal with it varies in a similarly wide range. Morale Associates is an association of companies and individuals that have an interest in promoting morale in all of its aspects. Except for the founding companies, all of the associates are separate, unrelated companies that bring differing approaches and viewpoints to the business of improving morale.  

Any company may apply to join the association. Applications are reviewed by the association's principles to see if the applicant fits within the philosophy and goals of the association. For now the only benefit of membership is inclusion in the list of associates, which will give their websites some exposure. However, in the near future this site will house articles and papers on the subject of morale that may be shared by all.
